The HD-9XL four-post lift features that accommodate longer wheelbases. Car collectors who like those long, old Chevys can rejoice: this lift is for them. There are likewise plenty of other long-wheelbase vehicles that will sit more comfortably on this lift. Garages need a little more space to accommodate it, but not by much.
Dual-Hub Cable Sheaves
Wider, sturdier cable sheaves reduce friction against the cables and increase the lifespan of the parking lift. These rugged sheaves are more expensive to manufacture, but it’s worth every penny because better sheaves protect both lifts and lives.
Multi-Level Locking Positions
When preparing to park on a car lift, it’s important to understand the height you need to lock the runways at. The heights of the stacked vehicles, as well as your ceiling height, need to be factored in. Your BendPak has lock positions every few inches, giving you maximum versatility for different vehicle combinations.
Heavy-Duty Aircraft Cable
Powerful, aircraft-quality cables each have a 14,000-lb. capacity. Combined, they can lift 640% more than the rated lift capacity. This over-engineering ensures your vehicle can be safely left on top of the raised lift for extended periods.
Electric-Hydraulic Power System
BendPak offers fully integrated electric-hydraulic power units placed within easy reach on one of the parking lift columns. These units require minimal maintenance and provide reliable performance throughout ownership.
Large Base Plates
The 10” x 12” base plates provide exceptional stability and structural support. In many cases, you don’t even need to bolt the lift down, especially if you plan on using the optional caster kit.
Caster Kit
Add wheels to your four-post lift to reposition it easily. Since the HD-9XL also functions as a maintenance lift, the casters allow movement across flat, smooth surfaces—even with a vehicle parked on top.

Low-Deck Runways
Low-profile runways make it easy to load vehicles without steep climbing angles. Low ground-clearance cars and lowered trucks can be loaded safely and efficiently.
Longer Approach Ramps
Extended approach ramps allow safer loading for low-clearance vehicles. Longer ramps help prevent scratches to front bumpers during loading.
Automatic Safety Locks
The HD-9XL features spring-loaded locks that automatically engage as the lift rises. Locks activate every few inches, ensuring safety even during catastrophic hydraulic failure. A secondary slack-cable detection system prevents operation if cable slack is detected.
